Ordered a BagBoy push cart on 9/5/22. Order receipt promised delivery on or before 9/20/22. Heard nothing about shipping until I called for status on 9/16/22 and then was informed that the item is back ordered with no restock date. RBG didn’t know this in the 11 days between when I ordered this item and when I called for status? Told them to refund my money. This was ordered as a birthday gift and I am now screwed. I will NOT be using rock bottom golf again and I will advise my golf buddies not to ever order from this site.

Great prices and delivered timely and in perfect condition.

The bag was delivered on time, however the bag is not as tall as the Hot Z website says it should be. It's 34" tall and the specs say it is 36" tall. When I put my regular length clubs in the bag, it looks like I am using a ladies bag. I have returned the bag and am awaiting my credit.

Package arrived with the correct merchandise and ahead of schedule.

I received my order ahead of schedule in great condition.

Bought a bag of 36 used golf balls described as « near mint ». The balls were a mess, either discolored from being underwater, scuffed to the point of being unplayable, or half-bleached from sitting out half-buried in the ground for years. There were maybe 8 out of 36 that one might call « near mint ». Won’t be back.
